Roof & Pond Sealer – is a water-based, fire retardant, waterproofing and an elastomeric sealant.
Intended use: Seal cement surfaces like cement dams and concrete slabs. – – Perfect for flat roofs and parapets.
- Can be applied under les to help with waterproofing.
- This product is ready for application and is used to line electric cables and water pipes.
- When the product is cured, it forms a tough, highly durable, flexible seal that has ultimate protection properties and can tolerate thermal, shrinkage movements.
A satin finish is available in white and 9 standard colours.
Spreading rate: 6 – 8m2 per litre per coat
