Payments and Shipping


We accept payments via EFT and Yoco. We do not collect any of your credit card or personal details during the payment process, and payments are fully secure via our payment gateway providers.


Payments via Eft are preferred. Make your payment via EFT or via cash deposit directly into our bank account. You will receive an email confirming your order, which contains our banking information and your order details. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Please email your proof of payment to to avoid shipping delays. Please note that your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.


When you chooses to pay via Yoco, a pop-up appears onscreen. Then enter your credit or debit card details, click ‘submit’ and then complete the 3D-Secure authorisation with a One-Time-Pin. After payment, you will be redirected to the ‘Checkout Result’ page. You will then receive an email to confirm your payment status.




We offer various methods of delivery, which are specified and calculated during the checkout process.

We also allow customer collections from our physical address during business hours, but subject to prior arrangement. Please select ‘Local pickup’ during the checkout process. We will then arrange a convenient collection time and date with you.
